Our traditional butchers, have a wealth of expertise and knowledge and are happy to offer you advice on weights, cooking times and all cuts of meat, including game. Our head butcher, insists on hanging our beef for 28 days to mature to enhance the flavour and give you value for money.

Seasonal game, gourmet speciality joints, freezer packs to order, bbq packs with marinated meats, pre order your xmas meats and free range turkeys, three bird roast, our own farm reared beef, locally produced pork & lamb, award winning sausages and pork pies, gift vouchers, local honey, fresh vegetables, oven ready meals (cottage lasagne’s shepperd’s stews).
